    Speaker:
    Frederick H. Schranck, Esquire (Fritz) retired in March 2015 after more than 27 years as a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Attorney General’s Office.
    For his entire tenure with the State, Fritz was the general counsel for the Delaware Department of Transportation. He advised six Secretaries, their Division Heads, and many others in the Department, while representing the State’s interests in a wide variety of litigation, including matters involving surveying.
    For more than 20 years, Fritz also provided legal advice to the Delaware Board of Professional Land Surveyors. This work included assisting with the drafting and implementation of the first set of performance standard regulations adopted by that Board.
    Fritz graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. with Distinction and Honors in 1975. He earned his J.D. from the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, DC in 1978. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1978, and was in private practice for a year. He then served the City of Wilmington as an Assistant City Solicitor from 1979 to 1987.

    Details:
    Registration and a light meal consisting of assorted pizza’s with non alcoholic beverages between 6:30-7 pm. Seminar will run from 7-9 pm on June 8, 2017

    $75- check payable to PSLS Bucks Chapter (paid the night of seminar)
